Day 1 – Rome/Tuscany – Park Hotel Chianti
Arrival at Rome airport. Meet & greet with our English speaking tour escort. Transfer by bus to Tuscany, Chianti region. Accommodation at Park Hotel Chianti, deluxe three stars country hotel. Free time to relax after the long trip. Tonight, group will enjoy a welcome dinner in a typical local restaurant  based on local food with drinks included. 

Day 2 – Chianti Region – Park Hotel Chianti
After breakfast, this days is entirely dedicated to the Chianti region exploration. Following the route of the Chiantigiana road, crossing the beautiful vineyard hills landscape. We will stop in some of the nice and typical hill towns as Castellina, Radda and Greve. In the late morning we will stop at a local farm producing the famous “Chianti Classico” wine for visit and wine tasting. During the visit the owner will introduce their activity and show the vineyard and the cellars to the group. The technical visit will end with a wine tasting: group will taste 3-4 different wines combined with some snacks as toasted bread, salami and cheese. Tonight a light dinner is served at the hotel or nearby restaurant. 

Day 3 – Florence  - Park Hotel Chianti
After breakfast at hotel, we will depart with our tour escort and coach for a full day excursion to Florence, the Renaissance Capitol. Upon arrival in Florence we will meet our local English speaking guide for an half day city tour to admire the Duomo, the Baptistery (outside), the Giotto’s Bell Tower, the Old Palace, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and the Holy Cross Church. To visit the Michelangelo’s David a pre-booking in advance is necessary. After the guided visit group will have free time for






lunch and afternoon at leisure to explore city on your own and to visit the famous Florence fashion shops. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon.   Dinner at hotel or nearby restaurant. 


Day 4 – Siena/San Gimignano – Park Hotel Chianti
Breakfast, departure by coach to Siena. Guided visit discovering the beauties of this important Tuscan city, being one of the most hardened Florence enemies for centuries. Walking through narrow medieval streets you will admire the beautiful Piazza del Campo, the Duomo and various important buildings belonging to different ages. After some free time for lunch we will reach San Gimignano, the “city of towers”, for a short visit. On the way back to the hotel we will stop at a local wine farm producing the famous “Vernaccia di San Gimignano”wine for visit and wine tasting. During the visit the owner will introduce their activity and show the vineyard and the cellars to the group. The technical visit will end with a wine tasting: group will taste 3-4 different wines combined with some snacks as toasted bread, salami and
cheese. Tonight a light dinner is served at hotel or nearby restaurant.

Day 5 – D’Orcia Valley / Umbria – Hotel Fontebella
After breakfast we will leave our hotel and say “arrivederci” to the Chianti region. Departure to Montalcino. After a short visit of this magnificent city, dominating from its position hectares of vineyards and typical Tuscan landscape, we will visit a local winery producing the famous “Brunello di Montalcino”, surely one of the world’s best red wines and most loved worldwide. During the visit the owner will introduce their activity and show the vineyard and the cellars to the group. The technical visit will end with a wine tasting: group will taste 3-4 different wines combined with some snacks as toasted bread, salami and cheese. On our way to Umbria we will then stop at the nearby Pienza, known as the “perfect Renaissance” city, famous for its “Pecorino” cheese production, that you will have the possibility to taste and buy in one of the many shops. We will arrive in Assisi in the early evening and check in at the Hotel Fontebella, three stars superior hotel located in Assisi city center, near the St. Francis Basilica.  Dinner on your own at hotel or nearby restaurant.

Day 6 – Assisi + Montefalco – Hotel Fontebella  
After breakfast we will meet our local guide for a guided tour of Assisi to admire the St. Francis Basilica and learn more about the famous Giotto’s frescoes that can be seen inside. In the late morning we will move to Montefalco, named also the “railing over Umbria” for its panoramic location. Here we will visit a winery to taste the famous “Sagrantino di Montefalco” wine, recently classified Dogc wine. During the visit the owner will introduce their activity and show the vineyard and the cellars to the group. The technical visit will end with a wine tasting: group will taste 3-4 different wines combined with some snacks as toasted bread, salami and cheese.  In the afternoon we will return to Assisi to take  advantage of its silent and peace to relax a little bit. Dinner on your own at hotel or nearby restaurant. 

Day 7 – Oriveto / Rome – Hotel Massimo D’Azeglio
After breakfast at hotel, we will depart with our tour escort and coach to Orvieto. Orvieto is a very nice town, famous for its ancient city center, for its wine and olive oil production and most of all for its gothic Cathedral, one of the most beautiful in Europe. After a short walk in the city, we will visit a local country farm producing the famous Orvieto Classico wine and Olive oil. During the visit the owner will introduce their activity and show the vineyard and the cellars to the group. The technical visit will end with a wine tasting: group will taste 3-4 different wines combined with some snacks as toasted bread, salami and cheese. In this farm, group will also have the possibility to have information about olive oil productions and taste some local olive oil. We will arrive in Rome in the late afternoon and have a short orientation tour before check-in at Hotel Massimo D’Azeglio. Dinner on your own at hotel or nearby restaurant. 

Day 8- Rome  - Hotel Massimo D’Azeglio
After breakfast, you will have a full free day to explore Rome on your own. An optional walking guided tour in the city center can be arranged as optional. Tonight a Farewell dinner is arranged at your hotel or in a nearby nice restaurant. 4 courses menu, drinks included.

Day 9 - Rome
Breakfast at hotel (breakfast boxes in case of early check-out). Transfer by coach and with tour escort to Rome airport. - End of services
