Day 1
Arrival at Turin (or Milan) airport, transfer to Alba, the Capital of the “Langhe” region. Accommodation at a central 4 stars hotel. Afternoon guided walking tour of the elegant Alba, also known as “the city of a hundred towers”, with the chance to buy local products at the many typical shops of the historic center. Welcome dinner at a good restaurant of the city center.
Day 2
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. In the morning departing to Turin for a guided visit of this. Elegant buildings and magnificent palaces, time-honored beauty and contemporary art, delicacies to taste and entertainment of every kind. In the afternoon return to Alba. Special dinner at a typical restaurant with a menu focused on the famous white truffle.
Day 3
Buffet breakfast at the hotel. Full day excursion along the roads of the Barolo, one of the best red wines in the world. A pleasant journey through the fascinating hills dotted with vineyards, discovering the magic castles of Grinzane Cavour and Barolo and the charming village of La Morra. Visit the famous vineyards and the cellars of local famous wineries and enjoy a tasting of some of their best wines. Fee evening in Alba.
Day 4
Buffet breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to Stresa, lovely town at the Lake Maggiore. In the afternoon, boat excursion including visit to the Borromee Isles to admire beautiful palaces and gardens. Free evening.
Day 5
Buffet breakfast at hotel. Today you will enjoy a free day in Stresa giving you the possibility to relax and experience the beautiful views over the lake and surrounding mountains. Farewell dinner at hotel or typical restaurant with a menu focused on local delights.
Day 6
Transfer by coach to Turin or Malpensa airport.
