Day 1
Arrival at Venice airport, meet your English speaking tour escort. Transfer to central hotel by private motorlaunch.
Welcome dinner at local restaurant (4 courses including drinks).
Day 2
After breakfast walking tour of Venice with local guide, including St. Mark's square, the Doge's Palace and the Bridge of Sighs. Afternoon and dinner free.
Day 3
After breakfast transfer to Venice mainland by private motorlaunch. Board your private a/c coach and transfer to Padova to visit St. Anthony basilica. Continue South to Pisa for a quick visit to piazza dei Miracoli and the Leaning Tower. Late afternoon arrival in Florence, accommodation at a central hotel. Dinner at a local restaurant (3 courses, drinks not included).
Day 4
After breakfast walking tour of the major monuments of Florence with local guide, including the entrance to the Accademia gallery to see Michelangelo’s David. Afternoon and dinner free.
Day 5
After breakfast transfer Assisi. On the way stop in Siena for guided city tour.
Arrival in Assisi in the afternoon and accommodation at a central hotel. Dinner at hotel (3 courses, drinks not included).
Day 6
After breakfast guided visit of Assisi including St. Francis basilica. Free time for lunch.
In the afternoon transfer to Rome, accommodation at central hotel. Dinner at local restaurant (3 courses, drinks not included).
Day 7
After breakfast Christian Rome tour including the major churches and the early Christian catacoms. In the
afternoon tour of Imperial Rome, including Colosseum and Roman Forum. Dinner on your own.
Day 8
After breakfast visit of St. Peter’s basilica and Vatican Museums including the Sistine Chapel.
Afternoon and dinner free.
Day 9
Morning free. If Wednesday tickets to the Papal Audience can be arranged. Afternoon free.
Farewell dinner at typical restaurant with "Rome by night" tour.
Day 10
Transfer to Rome apt for group's departure.
